Return, Exchange & Warranty Policies

Exchanges and returns must be within 30 days of delivery date. No returns will be accepted if not returned within 30 days of delivery date. All shoes returned must be in new/unused condition, in original, undamaged box, with all packaging material, tags and labels not removed. Always use an outside carton to send the shoes with the manufacturer's shoe box. Refunds of returned merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All return and exchange shipping expenses will be paid by the customer unless there is a defect or you have received an incorrect item. Okobos® is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise.

Pre-approval of all returns is required. To request return authorization and receive return instructions, use the "contact us" form on the website, or call 920-662-6255.

Returns
There will be a $5 or 5% restocking fee (whichever is greater) on returns if the shoe box has been taped, altered, or damaged in any way, or if packaging materials, tags, etc. are missing. No refund or credit will be given on shoes that have been: dyed, worn, soiled, scratched, damaged or altered in any way unless Okobos® determines that the shoes are defective.

Exchanges
No restocking fee applies to any shoes being exchanged for other items. There is a $5 box fee if the shoe box has been taped, altered, or damaged in any way, or if packaging materials, tags, etc. are missing.

Your credit card will be charged for the exchange. When the returned item is received, the purchase price of the item returned will be credited to your account. If you choose, we can wait until your item is returned before processing the exchange.

Retail Warranty
We do not guarantee wear. The warranty for Okobos footwear applies to defects in the materials and/or manufacturing workmanship for 30 days from delivery date. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for any defects or concerns. Upon return receipt of defective merchandise, it will be inspected, evaluated, and replaced or credited in a timely manner. Exchange or refund will be given only if there is a manufacturing defect.

Return/Exchange/Warranty policies apply only to purchases made online at Okobos.com. If your merchandise was purchased from any of our partner retailers, you must return the merchandise to that retailer.
