Shipping Information
What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
Okobos® will reimburse you for shipping charges related to defects in materials or workmanship, or a shipping error on our part. There are no reimbursements for return shipping charges for other returns.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-7 business days.
*Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories allow 1 - 2 additional business days for deliveries.
*Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
